the sauchin 2011 team
The people behind sauchin and its aim of promoting food, wine, tourism and education are passionate about South Australia and are determined to bring better recognition to their state, particularly the South Australian wine regions and their home city Adelaide. The wonderful thing about our team for sauchin 2011 is that it includes three of the young Shanghainese who have stayed with us for work and tasting experience in the South Australian wine industry and our restaurants. These terrific young people will be pouring our sponsors South Australian wines and telling their South Australian stories at the trade and public tasting and at other times during the eight days of the promotion.

Jane Paull
Can anyone ever be too qualified? Well we think not but to say that Jane Paull, winemaker, wine educator and wine judge is the perfect person to supervise wine service for the period of the promotion and organise the trade and public tasting at Sinan Mansion.

Jane comes with impeccable credentials, winemaker, wine judge and wine educator Jane is vibrant, energetic and most importantly a devotee to South Australian wine. Jane’s impeccable wine knowledge is a fantastic asset for our sponsors and we expect wine games and quizzes for the trade and public tasting to be more than a little fun! And…knowing how clever she is we know our guests will leave knowing just a little more about wine and in particular our sponsor’s wines!
