It has been a long time (unlike Spanish cookbooks) since anything decent has been published on the subject or terrines and both professional and domestic cooks will find this book worth the money. New twists to old ideas and just old ideas this book is packed with good recipes written in a no nonsense manner, decent to very good presentation, even a respectable dessert section. It is in fact a bloody useful book. Written by the author of Pork & Sons Reynaud is clearly a cookery book author worthwhile watching out for.
Whilst we did not review Pork & Son, a friend lent us their copy and we found it very enjoyable.
