Classic Toulouse Cassoulet and Créme Caramel cooked by Ann Oliver
A cassoulet made from scratch, we’ll be starting with the tomato sauce, making the pork sausages and the duck confit and then slow cooking it for hours with the haricot beans and beef, and we’ll be baking the crust until its crunchy. There will be freshly baked bread to wipe your plate clean (or the tears from your eyes) and to finish créme caramel a perfect match for the scrumptious Bird in Hand Fortified Merlot.
All wines are at cellar door prices and Bird in Hand Wines are offering a generous 10% discount for all dozens purchased on the day.
The luncheon will take place in the stylish Bird in Hand function facility and gallery which has a stunning vineyard view over their terrace pictured right — to visit the Bird in Hand web site click here
