We are out looking for new coffees in Adelaide, but because we have the philosphy of tasting over three shifts it is very hard to get past four utterly reliable coffees. In the instance where the boss knows us and rushes to the coffee machine, to push the Barrista aside and make our coffee; well we notice things like that and fully guess the coffee we get is not what everyone else gets. The truth is consistently good coffee in Adelaide over three shifts is in very short supply. When it comes to coffee we have started to use reveiwers who would not be known and also enjoy the many scathing emails we receive from our followers about bitter over–extracted coffee. Keep sending them in we need your help. We have come to think if they know us and the coffee is still crap (my most recent experience) we are not going to waste our time and money to go back and second and third time.
